title
The title length is within a range of characters.
Why: Search results cut off long titles to fit the screen, at about 60 characters, and very short titles say little about the page.
The rule warns, and does not fail. Google sets no limit on the length of a title, and cuts it as needed.
When off: titles of any length pass.
